SALONDEJU ORDER GUIDE

All shoes of SALONDEJU is in 1:1 ORDER-MADE product system (All HAND MADE).

So when you order, the shoes will be in production with your own name.

* Production Period : 7 – 10 days.

* Delivery Time : 3- 7 days (Differ with countries)

Usually, you can receive within maximum 14 days (Working days, Except weekend) after order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

1) We accept return(s) if:
- you receive a product different from your order; or
- you receive a defective product.

2) We do not accept return(s) if:
- you return the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)

- you purchased without reading detailed instructions

- the products are damaged due to your mishandling or wearing shoes outside
- your return request is not approved by our customer center staff
- you purchased items during promotion event period
- you made an order with changing options (like wide feet, lenth of straps, heel, material, etc.)

- you made an order special size ( 35 / 38.5 ) _ Those size are the smallest size and the biggest size that we have.

3) The following items are not considered defective:
* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels

* Items with different design of tags or labels.
* Items with creases and tiny scratches that may have been made while shipping

* Difference of color and wrinkle each of leather

* Difference color between monitor and real

* The marks for bond of glue

* Tiny scratches of leather or any other subsidiary materials
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to hand-made production
